Saturday Boot Camps
Want to really push yourself? Training for a marathon or a mud run? Or just fancy spending an entire morning exercising and enjoying getting healthy with us?
Our Saturday Bootcamps run on the first Saturday of every month between 9.30-1.30pm. We meet in the pocket park at Great Billing (see map below) where there is free parking and a secure building for storing your belongings.
Each Bootcamp will start with a meet & greet followed by a short briefing and a thorough effective warm up. We will then deliver three 1hr sessions back to back with a brief chance for a rest in between and finish with a good cool down.
Each bootcamp varies from the last but can include running training, circuits, boxing fitness, HIIT, tabata, stretching and some military fitness too.
Bootcamps are excellent fun and a great bolt-on to your normal training. If you want to push yourself that little bit more, this is just the thing for you!

Our Boot Camps operate in the Pocket Park in Great Billing, just off of Penfold Lane. Parking is available close by in the village, just follow the signs from the main road into the pocket park (100yds).
