Cogenhoe is one of our newest venues having only opened in April 2022 offering 3 sessions every week. 


Central to the village, with links to the parish council and situated right next to the amazing Mud Kitchen Cafe - we are bringing health & fitness to the community

Located next to the play park, its perfect for a quick morning workout whilst your kids are playing as well  👍 




Monday -  6.15pm - 7.15pm

Wednesday - 6.15pm - 7.15pm

Saturday - 9.15am - 10.15am

As our membership grows, so will our timetable and instructors.


Our sessions are currently 'mixed ability sessions' and are suitable for all fitness levels.  


You will be given exercises and reps to suit your fitness level and can take rest when needed.

Lead instructor 


Louise is a Personal Trainer and has been in the Fitness industry teaching various classes for 15 years.


Lou competed for England in 1998 at International level in Cross Country and competed on the track in 1500m & 3000m distances at National level. Louise then took her passion for running and her love of fitness into her career, helping others achieve their goals.


Louise loves the outdoors and has experience teaching Boot Camps and Running Clubs both indoors and out. Louise is currently training for the London Marathon in October
