Get Fit Today 20-point Health Checks are a great way to establish a baseline of your health and an excellent way to measure your progress over time. All checks are non-invasive and will last around 45 minutes including a discussion with your fitness instructor about the results of each check, what it all means and how you can look to make small changes in your lifestyle to imporve things over time. 

 

Our 20-point health checks include:

  • Blood Pressure

  • Resting Pulse

  • Oxygen Saturation

  • Height

  • Weight

  • Body Fat

  • BMI

  • Visceral Fat

  • Basal Metabolic Rate

  • Body Composition (6 points)

  • Hip to Waist Ratio

  • Peak Flow

  • Posture Analysis

  • Step test and heart rate recovery

  • Flexibility

After the checks are complete, and you have discussed everything in full with the instructor, you will then receive your full results by email to allow you to reflect on them and refer to later on.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • All health checks are conducted in private and you can choose to either attend on your own or bring a friend.

  • Some of the checks will require you to sit on the floor and others will involve light exercise. 

  • Please dress accordingly.
