There's no such thing as a standard session at Get Fit Today. We know how easy it is to get bored when exercising, so we make sure that this never happens. Every session starts with a good thorough warm up, making sure your body is ready to begin a workout and from there we move around the park, stopping to do different exercises every few minutes.
Our classes take part outside and the fresh air is great! Occasionally you will notice some drops of inspiration falling from the sky to encourage you along, but don't worry - skin is waterproof and you can only get wet once! Just imagine though - that feeling after finishing a great workout and getting home for a hot shower - absolute bliss! The slice of cake in the fridge afterwards is even better!
On average, you will burn between 600-1000 calories per session at GET FIT Today, regardless of your fitness levels. The first few weeks will be tough, the next few months will be awesome!
Want to push yourself? Every month we offer the chance for you to spend half a day with us at our Saturday Bootcamp.
Each session lasts 4hrs and runs from 0930-1330hrs in Great Billing pocket park. These bootcamp sessions are a fantastic opportunity for you to improve your overall health and fitness.
Every Bootcamp has a different focus, but have one thing in common - they are fun!

Our Boot Camps operate in the Pocket Park in Great Billing, just off of Penfold Lane. Parking is available close by in the village, just follow the signs from the main road into the pocket park (100yds).
Whether you are training for a marathon or half marathon, mud run or fun run - personal training can really help you focus on what matters.
Most GET FIT TODAY instructors are also qualified personal trainers and are here to help you. Training can take place either at your home, your workplace or in the park - whereever suits you best (COVID allowing of course).
We offer one-off personal training sessions where you can simply have great workout with an instructor and push yourself targeting a specific area of fitness. These are great as an add-on to your existing exercise regime.
We also offer on-going personal training which is more suited to those who wish to either lose some weight, tone up, build muscle or generally looking for some long term benefits.
These sessions will always start with a health and fitness assessment so that we can record, monitor and track your progress. You will be given goals to achieve and workouts to complete inbetween your personal training sessions and have full access to your trainer 24/7 (almost...!)
