Welcome on board the Get Fit Today 1-Month kickstarter challenge - the perfect opportunity for you to improve your health & fitness from the comfort of your own home until you're ready to join a gym or fitness group.
Below you will see a link to each of the 4 weeks of this course. Week 1 is available to you right now, and weeks 2, 3 and 4 will be available as you progress.
Week 1 starts with the 4-steps we need you to do to get going, starting with our initial consultation questionnaire, a 10-point health check you can do at home, getting you started recording your food diary, taking a 'before' and 'after' photo of yourself and then diving straight into a fitness check so we have a benchmark of where you are now to compare against in a months time.
Each week, we also include some health & nutrition articles to help you understand why we are asking you to do everything on this course and hopefully giving you some tips and tricks that you can use for the future.
Please take the time to read these as it will help keep your mind focussed on healthy habits and keep you motivated on your journey to weight loss.
