An hour long personal training session with a fully insured, qualified and experienced personal trainer. This hour long session can be dedicated to focus on a specific fitness goal you may have or a general all-over body workout - your choice.
In addition to our park sessions, we also run a 4hr BOOTCAMP on the 1st Saturday of every month. This is over in Great Billing and is a great opportunity for you to burn well over 1,000 calories with a variety of different sessions. We use a mixture of powerbags, tyres, kettlebells, slam balls, resistance bands and lots of other kit.
