What is Get Fit Today?

Our sessions take place in Abington Park and St. Crispin (Duston) every Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Sat & Sun and include a full body workout which will not only help to tone your body, improve your fitness and increase your strength but will also improve your confidence and energy too!  

SCIENCE

Our sessions are based on calisthenics which is a form of training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups.  Every session is different from the last and will include a variety of exercises whilst moving around the park as a group.

ALL ABILITIES

We welcome all abilities and actively encourage new beginners to try our sessions.  You will always be exercising alongside someone with a similar fitness ability to you, but if you get tired - just take a quick break and then start again the moment you can.  The fitter you get, the more you will be able to do.

Our focus is to make every session enjoyable so that exercise no longer feels like something you 'have' to do to stay healthy and fit, but something you 'want' to do.

On average our members burn between 400-700 calories at every session.  Combine this with keeping a basic record of what you are eating and you will be well on target to lose up to half a stone every month.
