Couch to 5k
Get Fit Today offer a 10-week couch to 5k running program several times a year.
Meeting at Upton Country Park, 10am on a Sunday we will take you for a coached run every week building you up to being able to complete in a park run event.
In addition to our weekly runs, we will offer two weekday 'meets' which are essential to keep yourself on track with the plan
We also provide running guidance, techinique and stretch sessions to help you stay uninjured throughout.
The motivation from the instructors and fellow runners is the key to your running success.
