Ness runs our venue in Brixworth and Louise runs Cogenhoe albeit, you will also see the other instructors making guest appearances from time to time as well.  Getting fit is all about keeping things varied and exciting and each instructor has their own unique style....

We launched GET FIT TODAY in January 2020 aimed at getting inactive people active by Putting the Fun back into Fitness, and we have been doing this very thing ever since.  

 

Most of our members tell us that before attending their first session they were worried that they wouldn't be able to keep up, do the exercises and that they would be the slowest one in the group.  When we speak to them after the session though, they are always smiling and mention how friends the group is and how welcomed they felt.

IMPORTANT:

Our new parks are limited to 25 members each, after which a waiting list will be used.

We want to give you the best service we can, so we limit our numbers to allow us to do just that.  We only train people either 1:1 or in small groups.  

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
