On our coached programme, you will have access to a personal trainer 24/7 who will guide you through the course step by step and will keep you on track and accountable.

On our DIY programme you will follow the exact same steps as the coached programme but you're on your own.  If you have great self-motivation, this is the course for you

Plenty of our clients complete this program by simply using walking as their exercise.

We will give you a plan to follow and advice, guidance and tips on how to improve your walking to get the most out of it.

If you decide to add in the occasion home workout too - we have plenty for you to try.
