As of creating this offer, we only have space for 15 more Northampton ladies to secure their place, after which a waiting list will be used.

You see, we're a little bit different from a bit corporate gym or CrossFit - we don't cram in as many people as possible.  We only train people either 1:1 or in small groups.  

This is uncommon in the fitness world in recent years but it works for our clients and for us, as they get better results and personal attention.
