During the winter months, we offer indoor sessions every week.
On a Wednesday night starting at 6.15pm we use the gym at Barry Road School.
The best post code is NN1 5JS
Once you have parked up in either Barry road or the car park next to the gym itself (marked P on the map), you will see the school gym lit up in front of you. Head down to the main doors and inside
