Isolation Challenge 4 - ‘100 Rep Challenge’


Another one which might sounds relatively easy, but will challenge the best of you. Especially because this challenge is done for time!


3 exercises


1. Squat jump

2. Left leg lunge

3. Right leg lunge


So, grab a stop watch and press GO. Then do 1 squat, 1 lunge on your left leg and 1 lunge on your right leg. That ONE rep!


Repeat and other 99 times and then press STOP!
