Due to the current COVID restrictions the government has imposed limits of the number of people who can meet in a public area. This is obviously having an impact on our sessions, so we have had to make some changes.
As of 7th June 2020, we will be making a few changes to our sessions including:
1. Groups will have a maximum of 5 people (plus an instructor)
2. No personal contact or partner work within sessions
3. No equipment to be used unless this is personal issue, and in such circumstances this will be thoroughly cleaned before and after use.
4. Keeping to social distancing of 2m within the session
5. Hand sanitiser gel available for everyone to use before, during and after each session.
Due to the group sizes being restricted and in order to allow as many people to train as possible, we have reduced our sessions from an hour in length to 30 minutes, and increased from one session to two sessions per training day. These will be:
RESERVING YOUR SPACE
To allow us to maintain the maximum numbers in each group, we need everyone to BOOK IN to a session and reserve their place online using our member App. Once you have done this once or twice, you will find it is extremely quick and simple to do. Here’s how:
Check your email inbox. You will have received an email from us when you signed up. This has a link saying CLICK HERE
You will be automatically directed to our member site and will be asked to create a new password, add your date of birth, address and emergency contact details
When you click save, you will be given links to download our member App. Do this and then log in using your email address and the password you created.
Once in, you can upload a photo to the main screen
To book a class, go to the 3 lines at the top left of the screen
Scroll to the date you want to attend
If the class is shown in GREEN, you can book your place by just tapping on the class box itself. If it is ORANGE this means it is currently full but you can add yourself to the reserve list if someone drops out. If this happens, you will be notified automatically
If you book into a class and subsequently find that you can’t attend, please remove yourself from the class in the same way as you booked it. This will allow someone else to use your space.
On each session date you will see different classes listed. These include:
GET FIT - This is our starter class for those people who are either new to fitness, recovering from an injury or just want a slightly less intense session
MIXED ABILITIES - This is suitable for all fitness levels from the complete beginner to a top athlete. You will be pushed to your personal level but get a chance to workout with others from the group as well
GET FITTER - This class is for those people who already have a reasonable level of fitness and want to push themselves that little bit more
